Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, creating tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Providing support for a range of issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to separation and divorce.
\n
• Facilitating group therapy sessions focused on family dynamics and communication enhancement.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Utilizing telehealth tools to connect with clients and maintain ongoing communication regarding their progress.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans through our state-of-the-art electronic health record system.
\n
• Staying updated on best practices and advancements in therapy interventions to ensure high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents facing various challenges. You will address issues such as blended family transitions, communication difficulties, and job-related stress. By utilizing a family-centric approach, you will be equipped to work closely with families in understanding and resolving their conflicts while promoting health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
