Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies within the Savannah market Identify and secure new commercial landscape maintenance and construction contracts Build relationships with senior decision-makers across corporate, hospitality, and institutional accounts Collaborate closely with operations leadership to ensure service delivery alignment on sold accounts Maintain disciplined pipeline management and reporting Navigate market dynamics and competitive considerations strategically Represent the organization professionally and uphold brand standards at all times First-Year Performance Expectations Establish a defined and qualified pipeline within the first 90 days Achieve new annual recurring revenue targets set by leadership Maintain margin performance aligned with leadership expectations Support account stability and client retention through post-transition Qualifications Required 5–10 years of commercial B2B sales experience Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships Experience selling recurring services or contract-based solutions Strong strategic thinking and market development capability Preferred Background in commercial services, facilities management, or related field service industries Knowledge of the Savannah commercial market and key decision-maker networks What We're Looking For Professional and polished presence with a strong brand-conscious mindset Patient, persistent, and genuinely relationship-driven Team-oriented and aligned with leadership's vision and direction Quality-focused with a long-term approach to client development This is a company with the operational backing, market reputation, and leadership support to help the right business developer thrive.
