Part Time | Approximately 29 Hours per Week Job Summary Coyote O&P Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, part-time Bookkeeper to keep our financial records accurate and up-to-date. This role is approximately 29 hours per week, with some flexibility depending on weekly workload. In addition to core bookkeeping, this person will provide light administrative support to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. For the right person, this role has the potential to grow into a full-time position. Key Responsibilities Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis. Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation. Process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for leadership as requested. Support month-end close activities alongside company leadership. Maintain organized, audit-ready financial files and records. Provide light administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and office task assistance. Flag discrepancies or irregularities in financial data promptly. Adhere to and promote Company Core Values. Other duties as assigned. Tools & Systems Used QuickBooks online and desktop Microsoft Office, especially Excel Schedule This is a part-time position, approximately 29 hours per week, with some flexibility depending on business needs. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person. Compensation $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping. Trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive financial information. Solid organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently. Available to work approximately 29 hours per week.
