National Network Services- Regional Sales Representative

Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: Salary position based on a base salary plus commission with total compensation target in the $90-$150k range based on the candidate's ability to generate business.

Role: This role reports to the Preconstruction-sales manager and is responsible for developing and managing the customer relationship and general direction of the AV/cabling/security business. This individual should have an RCDD or equivalent certification. Minimum of 5 years' experience in or around the Dallas/Ft. Worth market, engaged in business development/account management within the commercial Audio Visual, structured cabling and or physical security space.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Construction:
• Primarily building and development of new customer relationships and positioning National in new project opportunities specifically related to commercial, higher education and Healthcare.
• Manage existing customer relationships.
• Evaluate bid opportunities:
• Track upcoming opportunities within designated accounts.
• Manage the opportunity through the sales pipeline.
• Focus on direct end user and consultant driven opportunities.

• Contract negotiation/management
• Manage multiple accounts at any given time.
• Engage throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Company leadership direction:
• Make recommendations for improvements in the cabling, audio visual and security business.
• Participate in the overall NNS leadership team
