Production Assembler – Full-TimeExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join a growing company in Peosta, IA. This is a great full-time opportunity for individuals with prior assembly experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Review and interpret assembly drawings to understand build requirements, finishes, and any custom product featuresSet up and verify that conveyor controls, safety mechanisms, and workstations are functioning properlyInspect hand tools and power tools to ensure they are in safe working conditionAssemble products by fitting, aligning, and securing components and sub-assemblies according to specificationsPerform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure all parts and finished products meet company standardsCommunicate effectively with supervisors or team leads when clarification or support is neededClear materials and reset the workstation at the end of each production runMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all timesProvide support to other production lines as neededComplete additional tasks as assigned by leadershipQualifications:Prior assembly experience requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing, and reachingStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and positive work ethicCome work with Express—connecting great people with great jobs!
