The Opportunity

We're seeking experienced  Independent B2B Software Sales Representatives (1099)to introduce SoftEXIT Studio to businesses throughout the United States.

This is a  commission-only independent contractor opportunity , ideally suited for established sales professionals, independent consultants, and business development specialists who already have relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Representatives will identify prospects, develop relationships, demonstrate business value, and help customers discover how Studio can simplify and improve their operations.

Compensation

We offer a competitive, performance-based commission structure:

• 35% commission on first-year subscription revenue collected from new customers.
• 10% commission on first-year professional services revenue collected from those customers.
• No cap on total commissions earned.
• Commissions apply to first-year revenue, not subsequent subscription renewals.

For e xample, a customer purchasing 50 Professional annual licenses generates $14,400 in first-year subscription revenue and $5,040 in sales commission . Professional services commissions provide an additional earnings opportunity. This position offers no base salary or guaranteed compensation.

Ideal Candidates

We're particularly interested in professionals who:

• Have proven experience selling B2B software, SaaS, CRM, or business technology solutions.
• Have established relationships with business owners, executives, or operational decision-makers.
• Understand consultative selling and how to identify business challenges.
• Can independently develop prospects and manage a sales pipeline.
• Are comfortable discussing business applications, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Prefer the flexibility and independence of a 1099 commission-based opportunity.

Experience with professional services firms, business consulting organizations, and growing small-to-mid-sized businesses is especially valuable.
