Job Description

New York Community Care is looking to hire a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our Waterbury, Connecticut office. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play an integral part of the agency. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and excellence in patient care.

POSITION SUMMARY:

A Scheduling Coordinator supports the day-to-day schedules of our Home Health Aides. Maintenance of ongoing communication and coordination with the referral, family members, client, healthcare providers and intake sources for all clients is also provided.

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply.

Monday to Friday

Coordination: 1 year required

Home Care: 1 year required

$25-$27 per hour
