Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.In this highly visible individual contributor role, you will serve as a key partner to the WW Business Industries & Partnerships Director, an organization tasked with seeing around corners to identify what comes next for Apple in commercial markets. Your work is critical to ensuring the team continues to operate and deliver on all fronts, allowing the Director to scale and focus on what matters most. You will shape global strategy, influence product and initiative investments, and ensure the team has the tools and resources needed to stay ahead. Description In this role, you will act as a strategic and operational partner to the Director, helping drive execution across high-visibility initiatives, cross-functional programs, and leadership communications. You'll work closely with Account Executives, Sales Finance, and the WW Strategic Initiatives Leader to ensure the team's priorities are well-supported, clearly communicated, and effectively executed. Responsibilities Manage and oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution Craft and deliver presentations for leadership, EBCs, and key initiative stakeholders in close collaboration with the Director Drive the international rollout of new innovative programs, working cross-functionally to build sponsorship, alignment, and scalable processes Serve as a key liaison to Account Executives, representing their needs and identifying opportunities to add value to their day-to-day effectiveness in the field Structure the narrative of senior leadership updates and presentations, shaping how the team's work and strategy are communicated to executive audiences Coach and partner with team members to craft compelling, data-driven business updates Provide coaching and guidance to team members, supporting their development and success Lead and contribute to cross-functional efforts to identify new business opportunities for Apple platforms in commercial markets Optimize team processes and workflows, collaborating with IT and process improvement teams Collaborate with Sales Finance on team budget and expenses Partner with the WW Strategic Initiatives Leader on data insights and analyses in support of key initiatives and business updates Minimum Qualifications Approximately 10+ years of proven experience leading highly visible, complex, and cross-functional programs within matrixed organizations, demonstrating a track record of successful execution and impactful results Strong consultative skills, including demonstrated success in facilitating strategic discussion sessions with senior executives and their subject matter experts to drive alignment and achieve desired outcomes Solid understanding of Enterprise Sales best practices and a proven ability to leverage programs as strategic levers to influence sales outcomes and accelerate revenue growth Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information, build consensus across all organizational levels, and deliver high-impact presentations to leadership Demonstrated ability to define clear success metrics, analyze data rigorously, and communicate program ROI effectively through data-driven insights and compelling narratives Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Proven experience navigating complex organizational structures and influencing senior leadership; demonstrates the ability to effectively navigate matrixed environments and build strong relationships with executives to drive strategic initiatives Deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem, including comprehensive knowledge of Apple's products, services, and go-to-market strategies Experience with process optimization methodologies and tools, as well as implementation tools to enhance operational efficiency At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $178,800 and $268,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
