Legal Administrative Specialist for Counsel

Omya is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Legal Counsel at the Americas Headquarters. This temporary role (approximately two years) involves drafting materials, proofreading, editing, preparing reports and forms, coordinating meetings and travel, and maintaining records to support day-to-day legal operations.
