Primary Functions & Responsibilities Record details of the chief complaint, history of present illness, review of systems, physical exam, comorbid conditions, medications and allergies. Record details of the physical exam including pertinent positives, negatives and noted abnormalities. Record sufficient information in the physician's assessment and plan based on the level of complexity. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient knowledge in musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology. Knowledge of general medical terminology, conditions, and interactions. Proficient computer and typing skills (> 60wpm preferred). Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
