What You'll Be Responsible For

• 
  

  Leading all New and Used Vehicle Sales operations



• 
  

  Coaching and developing Sales Managers, Finance Managers, BDC, and Sales Consultants



• 
  

  Driving profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction



• 
  

  Managing inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle turn



• 
  

  Improving sales processes and ensuring consistent execution



• 
  

  Working closely with General Motors to maximize incentives, programs, and performance metrics



• 
  

  Recruiting, training, and retaining top automotive talent



• 
  

  Monitoring KPIs including volume, gross profit, inventory aging, CSI, lead conversion, and sales effectiveness



• 
  

  Creating a culture built around accountability, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 
  

  Minimum 5 years of dealership sales management experience



• 
  

  Previous experience as a General Sales Manager preferred



• 
  

  Proven record of increasing sales volume and dealership profitability



• 
  

  Strong leadership and coaching abilities



• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills



• 
  

  Experience with CRM, inventory management, and digital retailing



• 
  

  Knowledge of manufacturer programs and dealership financial performance



• 
  

  High ethical standards and a customer-first mindset



• 
  

  Ability to inspire, motivate, and hold a team accountable
