Position Overview We are actively hiring licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). The role involves providing evidence‑based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, using both telemedicine and in‑person modalities, and supporting our hybrid care model. Qualifications Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Unlicensed associates may also be considered. Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents across the lifespan. Residency within commutable distance of our offices in the greater Portland, OR area. Benefits Competitive compensation that can exceed $123,000–$141,000 per year, with no cap.
