WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead Incentive Operations for Hyundai Motor America, ensuring accurate implementation, governance, communication, compliance, analysis, and execution of dealer incentive programs. The position is responsible for operational readiness, incentive-system functionality, dealer payment integrity, post-program reporting, process improvement, and effective cross-functional coordination among Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, Hyundai Motor Finance, Legal, Information Technology, Hyundai AutoEver America, Field Operations, and Dealer Operations.
• This role protects dealer confidence and business continuity by translating approved incentive strategies into clear program rules, reliable systems, accurate communications, controlled payment processes, meaningful business insights, and timely issue resolution.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead Hyundai dealer incentive program execution, including program setup, launch readiness, claims processing, adjustments, payments, coupons, and special sales initiatives.
• Oversee dealer communications, program rules, announcements, training materials, guides, and launch packages to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Serve as business owner for incentive systems, payment workflows, FIORI routing, dealer portals, and related technologies; manage requirements, enhancements, testing, and production readiness.
• Manage dealer and regional escalations related to incentive eligibility, claims, payments, and system issues; coordinate resolution with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain compliance, governance, and operational controls; identify risks, investigate exceptions, support audits, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee weekly dealer incentive payment processes, approvals, adjustments, exception handling, and payment integrity controls.
• Lead reporting, dashboard development, and post-program analyses to assess program effectiveness, dealer participation, budget utilization, sales impact, and operational performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through recurring and ad hoc reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation efforts, process optimization, and documentation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Field Operations, Hyundai Motor Finance, Hyundai AutoEver America, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Exercise independent judgment in resolving operational and payment issues and approving exceptions within delegated authority.
• Approve communications, launch materials, payment workflows, and system readiness activities within established guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, cross-training, and operational excellence.
• Prioritize technology defects, enhancements, user acceptance testing, and remediation work with Hyundai AutoEver America and Information Technology partners.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six or more years of progressively responsible experience in automotive incentives, sales operations, dealer operations, finance operations, program administration, analytics, reporting, or a related discipline. Prior people-management or team-leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with business systems, workflow tools, user acceptance testing, requirements definition, production-release readiness, data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, and process automation. Experience with SAP, FIORI, incentive platforms, dealer systems, and business-intelligence tools is preferred. Experience with Tableau dashboard development, reporting, and analytics is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and cross-functional teams, communicate with dealers and senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, make sound decisions under pressure, and document complex processes clearly.
• Ability to coordinate multiple launches, system changes, process improvements, reporting initiatives, and issue-resolution efforts while maintaining accuracy, controls, and stakeholder alignment.

• Compensation Range: $91,000.00 - $130,000.00 annual base salary
