Product Management Director - Cell Analysis

Director of Product Management/Marketing role at Agilent leading strategy and commercialization for cell analysis products. Translates business objectives into product and marketing initiatives while managing multiple teams across cross-functional partnerships to drive revenue and market share growth.

Responsibilities

Translate divisional strategy into actionable product and marketing initiatives aligned with growth objectives
Develop long-term product portfolio plans and monitor market trends to refine strategies
Lead multiple product management and marketing teams with defined structures and performance metrics
Partner with R&D, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership on cross-functional execution
Establish market segmentation, positioning, and value propositions that deliver measurable business results

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
10+ years progressive product management, product marketing, or commercial leadership in cell analysis
5+ years people leadership experience managing managers and multiple functional teams
Direct cell analysis industry experience; adjacent life science experience insufficient
Proven track record developing and executing successful product portfolio strategies
Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams
Experience driving organizational transformation and operational excellence initiatives

Compensation: $171,600-$286,894/yr plus bonus, stock, and benefits
