NX Integration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with a strong background in Siemens NX to support customer adoption and implementation initiatives across advanced manufacturing and digital engineering environments. This role will focus on driving successful usage of NX Line Designer, Tooling Locators, Measurement Points, and Fixture Design capabilities within manufacturing workflows, while also supporting integration touchpoints between NX and Teamcenter environments.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing consulting skills and is comfortable operating both as a team lead and as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer adoption and deployment of NX manufacturing and line design solutions
• Provide technical consulting expertise in:
  • NX Line Designer
  • Tooling Locators
  • Measurement Points
  • Fixture Design within manufacturing environments
• Assist customers with workflow optimization and best practices across digital manufacturing processes
• Support and troubleshoot integration points between NX and Teamcenter environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and PLM teams to deliver technical solutions
• Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and customer workshops
• Serve as a technical lead on projects while also contributing hands-on technical work
• Develop implementation strategies, documentation, and customer guidance materials
• Work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens NX in manufacturing and tooling environments
• Experience with NX Line Designer, tooling locators, measurement points, and fixture design workflows
• Understanding of manufacturing engineering and production processes
• Experience with Teamcenter integrations and PLM connectivity
• Ability to work independently and lead technical teams when required
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Proven problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience supporting enterprise-level customer implementations is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital manufacturing, factory layout, and production planning concepts
• Previous consulting or customer-facing technical support experience
• Knowledge of CAD/PLM integration strategies and data management best practices
