## Operations ManagerApplyremote type: Onsitelocations: St. Paul, Minnesota, USAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR110777# **YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Successfully coordinate and manage all day-to-day operations of the plant including production and production support.* Manages all drivers and dispatching using the most efficient means practical while meeting customer expectations supporting the branch’s commercial goals and minimizing liability to the company.* Ensure that all work is accurate and completed on time.* Works with District Operations Manager to ensure compliance to applicable company policies and government regulations. This may include accident/incident investigations, hiring and termination decisions, and environmental, health, safety and quality issues.* Identifies and resolves delivery problems and helps to ensure smooth movement of goods.* Maintains a satisfactory knowledge of legislative and regulatory programs that affect operations.* Ensure adherence and compliance to Brenntag Pacific safety program.* Coordinates with Commercial and Operations Management to service customers in the safest most efficient manner possible.* Represent Brenntag Pacific in a professional manner.# **YOUR PROFILE****Education and Experience:*** Ability to read, write and speak the English Language.* Possess a thorough understanding of the chemical distribution business.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to interface with all levels of management and personnel in a professional manner.
