Provide advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects Serve as primary point of contact or trusted advisor Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion Help companies save, borrow, and invest for current and future needs Prospect for new business and enhance existing relationships Interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess company financial conditions and industry trends Collaborate with domestic and international teammates across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management Facilitate relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services Design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects Lead dialogue with complex clients and prospects on industry, capital structures, and business issues Coach and mentor peers Adapt to changes in sales practices and market and industry conditions Requirements Minimum 10 years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking Ability to successfully manage an extensive portfolio of clients Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions Professional sales skills and experience, including planning, execution, and follow-up of client meetings Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen Financial modeling experience Completion of formal credit training Outstanding oral and written communication skills Demonstrated leadership ability Ability to organize, facilitate, lead, and negotiate with bank associates to solve client problems Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses within 180 days of start date Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience desired Business, finance, or economics major preferred MBA desirable Existing knowledge of the market preferred Active networking contacts and established Centers of Influence in the market Active membership/participation in local community organizations Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in Commercial Lending and Investment Banking, with a strong ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver tailored financial solutions.
