We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.Job DescriptionThe CRM Program Manager will lead strategy and execution for email, push, and SMS communications that increase customer engagement in the home and mortgage space. This role will manage lifecycle campaigns from planning through measurement, using performance data to improve customer communications. You will partner with product, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated, personalized experiences.This is a remote position. You will report to the Manager, Lifecycle Engagement & Loyalty.You will have opportunity to:Lead lifecycle strategy and execution for email, push, and SMS campaigns across the Home vertical.Launch new CRM campaigns, improve existing programs, and identify opportunities to scale successful approaches.Own campaign performance measurement, including open rates, click-through rates, product engagement, and related metrics.Partner with analytics teams to evaluate results, test hypotheses, and share actionable findings.Coordinate CRM plans with product launches, performance goals, and broader business initiatives.Use audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign data to improve messaging and engagement.Support multi-channel communication programs that align business goals with customer needs.Qualifications7+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related area.Experience delivering communication programs at an enterprise scale.Experience measuring campaign performance and using results to guide campaign decisions.Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and analytics.Experience managing multiple CRM or digital communication initiatives with overlapping deadlines.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.Additional InformationBenefits/Perks:Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
