Aya Locums is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide locum services in Columbia, South Carolina . This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed starting May 18, 2026 , and ongoing for 13 weeks .

  Case Types: General, GYN, Ortho, Urology, and Vascular cases. (Very limited pediatric cases; locums typically excluded from peds).

• \n

  Setting: Hospital (Medical Center) and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).

\n
• \n

  Schedule: 40-hour work week. Options include 5x8s, 3x12s, or 4x10s. No call requirements. Candidates must be available to work every week (no part-timers).

\n
• \n

  Support: Medical Direction Care Team model; large department of 70 CRNAs and 15 Anesthesiologists. Anesthesia Tech support available.

\n
• \n

  EMR System: Epic (Highly Preferred).

\n

\n
• \n

  Active CRNA Certification: NBCRNA required.

\n
• \n

  State License: South Carolina (Active or Compact accepted). Willing to license candidates with a compact license.

\n
• \n

  Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.

\n
• \n

  Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience required.

\n

\n
• \n

  In-house credentialing & licensing teams (Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days).

\n
• \n

  Competitive compensation: Pay range of $175.00/hr to $185.00/hr.

\n
• \n

  Weekly direct deposit.

\n
• \n

  Travel and lodging expenses fully covered (Note: 50-mile radius rule applies; no local candidates).
