Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Florham Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic commercial litigation practice group, representing a diverse range of financial institutions. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in litigation. Duties Research and draft motions and briefs. Participate in all aspects of discovery. Manage case and client interactions. Engage in depositions, hearings, and trials. Requirements Admitted in New Jersey and New York. 3+ years of commercial litigation experience. Experience with foreclosure is a plus. Proficient in drafting various pleadings. Effective in taking and defending depositions. Manage multiple clients and deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and writing abilities. Ability to work independently. Develop positive relationships with all stakeholders. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in New Jersey and New York. Skills Strong analytical and writing skills. Effective communication with clients and legal professionals.
