Manufacturing Associate

Available Shifts And Pay $18/hr – $20/hr based on experience 1st Shift: 8am – 12pm Mon – Fri (about 20 hours/week) Job Details Execute encapsulation processes in accordance with approved SOPs, batch records, and production schedules. Accurately prepare, encapsulate, and package products to meet quality, quantity, and labeling specifications. Monitor equipment performance during encapsulation and report any deviations, malfunctions, or quality concerns immediately. Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and basic maintenance. Receive, label, store, and track raw materials, components, and finished goods in compliance with inventory controls. Perform inventory counts, reconciliations, and material usage tracking, report discrepancies, or shortages. Ensure proper material rotation (e.g., FIFO/FEFO where applicable) and accurate lot traceability. Maintain cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments in compliance with sanitation, safety, and quality standards. Follow established cleaning schedules and document sanitation activities accurately and timely. Adhere to PPE, safety protocols, and workplace hygiene requirements at all times. Immediately report safety hazards, spills, or contamination risks. Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling, packing, and verification against shipping documentation. Support order fulfillment timelines and accuracy in coordination with operations and customer experience teams. Maintain shipping and receiving records to support traceability and compliance. Complete batch records, logs, and manufacturing documentation accurately, legibly, and in real time. Support SOP creation, review, and updates by providing operational feedback and documenting process improvements. Maintain organized and audit‑ready records in accordance with company policies and regulatory expectations. Track and report key operational metrics such as production output, yield, error rates, rework, inventory accuracy, and turnaround times. Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improving quality, throughput, and cost effectiveness. Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews as needed. Collaborate with operations leadership, quality, and customer experience teams to support business needs. Participate in training, cross‑training, and continuous learning initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational continuity and growth. Education and Experience Needed High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or manufacturing training preferred. 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations; regulated or clean environment experience preferred. Ability to follow detailed SOPs, batch records, and written instructions with precision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. Basic computer proficiency (e.g., data entry, inventory systems, documentation tools). Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks safely. Experience in dietary supplements, pharmaceutical, biotech, or food manufacturing environments. Familiarity with encapsulation equipment and controlled manufacturing processes. Experience with inventory management systems, KPIs, or manufacturing software tools. Perks Job stability.
