We’re looking for an Online Customer Account Manager who can take ownership of online accounts, stay organized across multiple priorities, and confidently coordinate with online customers and internal teams to keep orders and operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across online marketplaces, including product listings, orders, inventory, pricing, and account health
• Create and maintain accurate product listings while monitoring listing performance, availability, and brand protection
• Oversee orders from purchase through delivery, working with fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and on-time shipments
• Manage customer service, returns, refunds, claims, and marketplace support issues while providing professional communication
• Monitor marketplace performance, account compliance, sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity; report key findings and opportunities to management
• Identify and resolve marketplace issues, improve processes, and collaborate with other departments on new product development and online growth

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing e-commerce or online marketplace accounts
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketplaces and prioritize urgent issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to customers and marketplace representatives
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage product information, orders, inventory, pricing, and marketplace requirements accurately
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online software, and marketplace systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ownership mindset, independent judgment, and the ability to follow issues through to resolution
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate:

• $22/Hour
