✔️ 3+ years in luxury hospitality (fine dining, hotels, or resorts required )
What You’ll Do
As Assistant Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver a seamless, elevated experience for Delta’s most valued guests.
✔️ Oversee Front & Back of House operations with a focus on excellence
✔️ Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team
✔️ Ensure every detail—from service to presentation—is "wow-worthy."
✔️ Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize costs
✔️ Collaborate with culinary teams to deliver exceptional, à la carte dining
✔️ Maintain top-tier standards in safety, sanitation, and compliance
️ What Makes You a Great Fit
✔️ 3+ years in luxury hospitality (fine dining, hotels, or resorts required)
✔️ A natural leader with a passion for guest experience and team development
✔️ Strong business acumen—comfortable with P&Ls, budgets, and reporting
✔️ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
✔️ Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ServSafe a plus)
