Licensed Practical Nurse Join LHC Group’s Valley View Home Health team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the home health field. Instruct patients’ families in caring for the patient and maintaining a healthy environment. Observe, record, and report the patient’s response to treatment and any changes in condition daily to the supervising nurse and/or physician. Education And Experience License Requirements Current LPN licensure in state of practice. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
