The Bilingual Medical Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations at a specialty medical practice. Fluent in both English and Spanish, this individual will manage patient communications, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment with a moderate volume of daily patient interactions. The role involves direct collaboration with the Medical Assistant and Doctors to maintain smooth workflow and coordinate key administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in both French and English
• Schedule and manage patient appointments accurately
• Verify insurance information and process necessary documentation
• Handle incoming phone calls and communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Provide bilingual translation services as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
• Coordinate daily office activities to support clinical staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a medical reception role
• High school diploma or equivalent
