About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture to provide strategic leadership and oversight of these critical functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of secure, resilient, and cost-effective technology solutions that align with the organization's mission and long-term technology strategy. This role involves fostering alignment across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and architecture, developing senior technology leaders, and partnering with IT governance and executive leadership to guide technology investments and manage risk. The Vice President will also be a key advisor to the CIO, promoting collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence across the technology organization. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in information technology, with at least 8 years in IT management, and a strong background in complex enterprise technology environments. The role requires expertise in developing and executing enterprise cybersecurity, infrastructure, and architecture strategies, as well as a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading through directors and senior leaders, managing technology budgets, and establishing strategic priorities across technology organizations. Experience in cloud modernization, infrastructure transformation, and emerging technology initiatives is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree, and relevant professional certifications. The candidate should be mission-driven, with a commitment to the highest standards of ethics and conduct.
