About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead the global talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on the retail and corporate sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing hiring strategy, developing employer branding initiatives, and building high-performing teams in partnership with senior leadership. This executive-level role demands a visionary leader who can define how the organization attracts, engages, and retains top talent. The role involves working closely with the CHRO and senior leadership to shape enterprise-wide talent strategy and hiring decisions, and requires a strong background in the fashion, apparel, luxury retail, lifestyle brand, beauty, or consumer products industries. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition include developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives, building scalable talent pipelines, and leading workforce planning initiatives. The role also involves establishing and monitoring recruiting KPIs, elevating employer brand awareness, and creating a best-in-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. They should have a proven track record in enterprise-level recruiting, strong executive recruiting and workforce planning experience, and expertise in recruiting analytics and technologies. Experience in supporting international recruiting initiatives and exposure to visa sponsorship, immigration, and relocation programs is preferred. The role requires a candidate who is passionate about the fashion and lifestyle industries, and who can foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
