The Creative Marketing team will own how we show up in our markets - identifying opportunities, building campaigns, and evolving our approach based on what customers need. This role has equal emphasis on strategy and execution. You'll lead creative direction, develop campaigns from the ground up, and continuously refine how we market across different communities. What works in one market won't always work in another; you'll need the instinct and curiosity to figure out why, and the agility to adjust quickly. We look for those who show a natural inclination for our core values: Local, Honest, Exceptional, and Hassle-Free.Responsibilities:Proactively identify marketing opportunities and build campaigns to meet business and market needsLead campaigns from concept through execution, owning both strategy and deliveryBridge the gap between large-scale campaigns and day-to-day social media by creating and guiding organic, platform-native contentAdapt marketing strategies by market - learning what resonates locally and adjusting messaging, creative, and channels accordinglyJump into concept, design, and develop content across platforms (digital, social, web, email, video) when neededEnsure ALLO's all-fiber story is clear, differentiated, and consistently communicatedUse data and performance insights to refine campaigns and improve resultsHelp multiple teams execute a variety of initiatives across marketing, social media, sales, public relations, event coordination, and internal communications – all while staying organized!Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, priorities, and executionLeverage AI and emerging tools to improve speed, efficiency, and creative outputStay on top of trends, tools, and shifts in marketing to continuously evolve our approachComfortable presenting content and campaigns for approval to all levels of leadership within the organizationCreate, create, create!Being local is our core value, volunteer for ALLO and community eventsEducation:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fieldEquivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal educationExperience:5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative rolesProven experience developing and leading marketing campaignsExperience creating or directing organic, social-first contentExperience working across multiple audiences, markets, or regionsExperience collaborating across teams including sales, PR, events, and internal communicationsExperience in telecom, technology, or a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plusSkills / Knowledge / Abilities:Technical proficiency - strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus), Figma, Canva, etcAI Integration - experience leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation, content creation, and workflowsCollaborative & team-oriented - works seamlessly across departments and within the creative team, navigating feedback from multiple stakeholders without taking it personallyBusiness-minded & customer-focused - prioritizes what's best for the company and our audiences in all creative decisionsAdaptive & fast-moving – able to adjust priorities, stay organized, and maintain quality in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentNearly excessive knowledge of social media platformsAdvanced knowledge of spelling and grammar.
