Rare Disease Business Manager - HAE - Eastern Pennsylvania

Rare Disease Business Manager – HAE – Eastern PA Reporting to the Regional Business Lead, HAE, this role covers the Eastern Pennsylvania territory including Harrisburg, Hershey, Allentown, Reading, Lancaster, Danville, portions of Philadelphia, and Binghamton, NY. Key Responsibilities Drive franchise sales growth by executing sales strategies and generating demand among healthcare professionals. Collaborate with the Regional Business Lead and cross‑functional teams to support patients throughout their HAE journey. Educate HCPs on Takeda brands and the HAE portfolio to facilitate prescribing and launch. Manage relationships with third‑party specialty pharmacies to ensure patient access to therapy. Adhere to all company policies, maintain high customer satisfaction, and exemplify Takeda culture and values. Perform day‑time and occasional evening/weekend activities; travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight and weekend travel. Training Requirements Successful completion of mandatory product training (written and oral examinations) is required. During training, the employee will be classified as non‑exempt and eligible for overtime, but not for sales incentive programs. Upon passing, status changes to exempt with eligibility for incentive programs. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree (minimum) with clinical sales background. 5+ years of proven healthcare sales experience with responsibility for own business. Experience in complex, multi‑channel selling and biotech desirable. Results‑driven track record with compliance and business acumen. Strong territory planning, data analysis, and influence skills. Demonstrated change‑agility and ability to influence HCP prescribing. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel 50% of time. Must be 18 years or older. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage range: $66.11‑$90.91 (U.S. – Virtual PA).
