- Position: Backfill - Contract - LVN
- Unit: MedSurg 4S (618)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- No call required
- BLS certification required

Unit Profile:


- Location: 4 South
- Number of Beds: 32
- Staffing Levels:
- Total Staff: 38
- Day Shift: 16 RNs, 2 LVNs, 3 PCTs
- Night Shift: 9 RNs, 2 LVNs, 4 PCTs
- Patient Ratios: 5:1
- Equipment: Bladder Scanner, Vital Sign Machine, Telemetry
- EMR System: Meditech

Qualifications:


- Must Have:
- BLS Certification
- Hospital Experience

- Preferred:
- 3 Years or More Nursing Experience
