Premier provider of commercial solutions for exterior building products is looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to cover a Mid-Atlantic territory. Candidates must live within an hour of the central Maryland office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience selling installed building materials to property owners, property management companies, and general contractors. Key responsibilities include prospecting and securing new accounts, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, attending industry events, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position offers a base salary in the $75K - $95K range plus a generous commission for $125K in the first year.
