We are seeking a detail‑oriented, outgoing, and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Medical Education department. In this essential role you’ll help provide key administrative support. What’s Available: 40 hours/weekly, Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours, between 7am-5pm Department: Medical Education Location: On‑site, La Crosse Main Campus What you will get: Starting pay of $16.86/hour + more with experience! Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, catering, and event logistics for learners, faculty, and staff. Manage department supplies, mail distribution, and badging processes. What you need: High School Diploma or equivalent No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred Emplify Health is comprised of two of the Midwest’s most respected healthcare systems, Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System.
