Responsibilities Producing Role: Attract, grow, and maintain new households through the sale of insurance products. Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office. Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred.
