Key Responsibilities\n

You will undertake a variety of essential tasks including:

• Engaging in brief therapeutic interventions, crisis evaluations, and phone triages to determine immediate patient needs.

• Interviewing and assessing patients for psychosocial, emotional, and developmental concerns, tailoring your approach to fit each individual.

• Administering individual and family therapy sessions to address mental health challenges ranging from mild to moderate conditions, while making timely referrals for patients who require more intensive services.

• Collaboratively developing, implementing, and updating personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and patient goals.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base, while also contributing to safety initiatives and emergency response protocols as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
