Minimum Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n
• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
\n
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
\n
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
\n

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
\n
• Weekend requirement: every weekend.
\n
• Float requirement: must travel to multiple points of care.
\n

Corvallis offers access to both outdoor recreation and a walkable college-town setting. Avery Park and the Willamette River waterfront are within the city, and Oregon State University anchors the downtown area with museums, arts venues, and seasonal events. Bald Hill Natural Area is about 10 minutes from central Corvallis and offers hiking and mountain biking trails, while William L. Finley National Wildlife Refuge is roughly 15 miles south for birding and scenic drives. The Oregon Coast, including Newport and Yaquina Bay, is about 50 miles west, and Portland is approximately 85 miles north for additional dining, transit, and entertainment options.
