And we’re looking for a General Manager to lead our Downtown Wichita location — someone who feels called to lead with heart, build up others, and help make mornings brighter. Own the Numbers: Be responsible for the P&L, labor, COGS, and all the pieces that make the restaurant financially strong. Keep It Clean & Compliant: Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards are always met. What You Bring Previous General Manager experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant A strong head for numbers and operations (labor, scheduling, P&L, etc.) A passion for great food, meaningful work, and making a difference A knack for juggling competing priorities with calm and confidence The physical ability to be on your feet, stay active, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Flexibility to work early hours, weekends, and holidays (we serve breakfast and lunch only!)
