About the Role
The Company is seeking a Founding Head of Growth to play a pivotal role in defining and expanding a new category of software. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming early customer interest into a sustainable growth engine, making the product accessible to technical users, and developing the strategies that drive market adoption. This role demands a deep understanding of technical customers, the ability to create compelling product narratives, and a focus on systematic growth. The Head of Growth will own all growth channels, from in-person and digital events to community and partnership programs, and will be expected to run experiments across the customer journey, with a strong emphasis on metrics that matter. Applicants for the Founding Head of Growth position at the company should have a proven track record in building growth, product marketing, community, or content from the ground up, particularly within an early-stage company. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build trust within technical communities, and a focus on systematic growth rather than campaign-based tactics. While engineering experience is not mandatory, the candidate must be adept at understanding technical customers, using the product, and creating work that resonates with the target audience. The ideal candidate will be adept at product strategy, user understanding, and will be comfortable making decisions without waiting for perfect conditions.
