About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Growth to spearhead the re-building of its performance marketing engine. This pivotal role is focused on owning the end-to-end paid acquisition process, including strategy, budget, channels, creative testing, and measurement. The ideal candidate will be a builder at heart, with a resourceful and hands-on approach, particularly suited to an early-stage company environment. Responsibilities for the Head of Growth include running a high-output creative and channel testing program, building and leading a team, and partnering with various departments on growth strategy.
