Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Location: Idaho Falls, ID (In-Office Only) Pay: $15/hour to start, with raises after ProAdvisor certification Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (occasional overtime during tax season or special projects) Are you a dependable, friendly, and organized individual looking for a long-term opportunity in a relaxed yet professional environment? We’re a small, women-led accounting firm in Idaho Falls seeking a front desk receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and answer incoming phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner Direct calls and filter communication as appropriate Respond to emails and client inquiries in a timely and friendly manner Schedule meetings and appointments Update, reconcile, and categorize transactions daily Post payments and prepare bank deposits Scan and file receipts, invoices, and other documentation Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Professional appearance and communication Friendly, approachable, and a team player Mature, dependable, and drama-free Adaptable to different personalities, tasks, and client needs Able to prioritize, manage workload, and meet deadlines Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Must obtain QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification upon hire (company-supported) Basic bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a plus Must have reliable transportation Must work onsite at our Idaho Falls office (this is not a remote position) Pay starts at $15/hour, with performance-based raises after ProAdvisor certification(s) Retirement plan available after one year Paid holidays and vacation after one year Relaxed and supportive work environment Growth opportunities within a close-knit team If you’re looking for a long-term role where your work makes a difference and your team feels like family, we’d love to meet you.
