Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the frequency, intensity, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a focus on their long-term recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual and group settings.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, generate awareness around treatment options, and promote effective self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure integrated holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to improve therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our team, you will be working with a diverse population of clients grappling with various mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Your role will involve providing individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique experiences and challenges faced by these individuals and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Proven ability to establish a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.
