Bilingual HR Generalist – Spanish/English Location: Flower Mound, TX We’re hiring an experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to support a busy distribution operation. This is a hands-on HR role covering employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employee support. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. What You’ll Do: Manage timekeeping and support accurate weekly payroll processing Handle employee relations, attendance, performance, discipline, and policy questions Maintain employee records and HRIS/payroll information Administer benefits and employee leave programs Support compliance with federal, state, local, and OSHA requirements Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, background checks, and screening for hourly and temporary employees Partner with management on performance reviews and employee concerns Support safety initiatives and employee engagement activities Prepare HR reports including headcount, benefits, new hires, and organizational data Coordinate employee meetings, trainings, events, and other onsite activities What We’re Looking For: Bilingual Spanish/English – required 3–5 years of HR administration/generalist experience Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, related field, or HR certification Broad hands-on experience across multiple HR functions Previous HRIS and payroll system experience; UKG experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Strong employee relations, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment High level of confidentiality and attention to detail This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being visible, hands-on, and closely involved with employees and operations rather than sitting behind a desk all day. #DHIR26 #J-18808-Ljbffr
