Human Resources GeneralistFlower Mound, TX 75022We're hiring an experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to support a busy distribution operation. This is a hands-on HR role covering employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employee support. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.What You'll Do:Manage timekeeping and support accurate weekly payroll processingHandle employee relations, attendance, performance, discipline, and policy questionsMaintain employee records and HRIS/payroll informationAdminister benefits and employee leave programsSupport compliance with federal, state, local, and OSHA requirementsManage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, background checks, and screening for hourly and temporary employeesPartner with management on performance reviews and employee concernsSupport safety initiatives and employee engagement activitiesPrepare HR reports including headcount, benefits, new hires, and organizational dataCoordinate employee meetings, trainings, events, and other onsite activitiesWhat We're Looking For:Bilingual Spanish/English – required3–5 years of HR administration/generalist experienceAssociate degree in HR, Business Administration, related field, or HR certificationBroad hands-on experience across multiple HR functionsPrevious HRIS and payroll system experience; UKG experience preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelStrong employee relations, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of confidentiality and attention to detail
