About the Position

We're looking for a full-time Orthodontic & Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

You'll:

• Help our doctors create beautiful, healthy smiles.
• Welcome children and families with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist during pediatric and orthodontic procedures.
• Take digital x-rays, photographs, and iTero scans.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
• Keep accurate clinical records and charting.
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA standards.
• Sterilize instruments and organize clinical supplies.
• Anticipate doctor needs and keep appointments running smoothly Celebrate milestones with patients—from first visits to braces coming off!

Schedule:

• Full-time.
• Monday–Friday.
• Our office is closed on weekends, with a shared on-call rotation for occasional dental emergencies.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Dental assisting experience (pediatric, orthodontic, or general dentistry).
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend and/or Dolphin.
• Digital radiography experience.
• iTero scanning experience.
