You'll work with a supportive team that values patience, clear communication, and getting it right for the customer. The primary responsibility of this position will be to process customer and distributor quotes & orders including order entry, order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing / rebate administration, and other order fulfillment activities as assigned.How You'll Make an ImpactEnter orders and quotes in a timely manner and submit order confirmations to customers and PHCNA reps.Answer order status / delivery inquiries and tracking information by phone and email.Prepare / process international shipping documentsReview new orders for correct pricing and special instructions.Coordinate accessory installations and predelivery services with warehouse, service and validation teamsProcess returns and replacements including freight claim processing activities.Gather customer information to add to customer profiles and data bases as part of customer account setup process.Acquire and prepare information for submission of new account set-up in the Microsoft Dynamics AX system.Process credits and debits, rebates and credit card orders.Crosstrain with others in the department for consistent customer coverage.Bring Your ExpertiseHigh school diploma or GED required, college degree is required.2+ years of experience of data entry with high accuracy and ability to validate entries.Experience with order entry or processing.Microsoft Dynamics AX experience highly preferred.Experience working with sales reps, distributors and end users preferred.Ready to Make an Impact?If this opportunity aligns with your skills and career goals, we'd love to hear from you.
