A private equity-backed company is seeking an experienced
Head of Human Resources & Talent
to partner directly with the CEO during a transformative period of growth and organizational evolution.
This is not a traditional HR leadership role. The organization is looking for a strategic business partner who can drive change, build accountability, elevate talent, and help shape the future of the company.
What You'll Do
Serve as the CEO's primary advisor on all people, talent, and organizational matters
Lead the HR and Talent function across the organization
Design and implement performance management and KPI-driven accountability systems
Drive organization-wide change management initiatives
Partner with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives
Evaluate, develop, and upgrade talent across key functions
Build scalable HR processes, programs, and infrastructure to support future growth
Enhance leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts
Lead recruiting strategy for critical leadership and high-impact hires
What We're Looking For
Experience leading HR at the senior-most level within an organization
Demonstrated success partnering directly with CEOs, founders, or executive leadership teams
Strong change management and organizational transformation experience
Ability to build systems, processes, and structure in evolving environments
Experience creating performance measurement, incentive, and accountability frameworks
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders across multiple functions
Private equity, high-growth, acquisition, or transformation experience strongly preferred
Experience within manufacturing, retail, ecommerce, consumer products, distribution, or related industries is a plus
