Job Description Role EliseAI is hiring a founding GTM Engineer to redesign revenue systems and embed AI into go-to-market workflows. You’ll identify AI opportunities, build prototypes and production solutions, and lead rollouts across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting. Key Responsibilities Partner cross-functionally to map and understand GTM processes. Identify and implement AI-driven automation and augmentation for GTM workflows with attention to accuracy and scalability. Own projects end-to-end from experimentation and prototyping through implementation, rollout, training, and measurement. Track performance, adoption, and ROI; iterate on systems based on results. Continuously experiment with emerging tools and approaches to push GTM innovation forward. Act as an internal subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling. Requirements 2+ years in a technical or operations role with experience improving or automating workflows using code and low-code/no-code tools. Practical experience pushing and pulling data across systems via APIs and webhooks. Proven ability to take projects from 0 to 1 (experimentation and prototyping through rollout and adoption). Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to track ROI, adoption, and system performance. Hands-on experience with, or deep empathy for, GTM processes (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, recruiting). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. Bonus Admin-level experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Attention, or Outreach. Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week.
