Masterson Staffing Solutions is now hiring for all shifts at our client company in Howard Lake, MN!
Available Shifts & Pay:
- 1st shift: 6:00a-10:30p | $18/hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:00p-10:30p | $20/hour
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM | $22/hour
Job Summary: The Hand Packer is responsible for safely and correctly packaging eggs.
- Remove eggs from line and place into packaging
- Remove & dispose of damaged or dirty eggs
- Communicate with denester team member on product flow changes
- Label cartons for packing
- Keep work area clean, follow GMP, wear appropriate PPE
- Complete general cleaning duties in area
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for duration of workshift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs regularly
