Outcomes you’ll own

• Execute unsupervised preventive maintenance across diverse machine types (with strong CNC/lathe focus).
• Perform intricate mechanical repairs on machines, pumps, valves, gears, and belts using prints for guidance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using electrical schematics and strict lockout/tag-out practices.
• Diagnose and restore hydraulic and pneumatic systems using appropriate prints.
• Return work sites to pre-repair condition; maintain tool control and part accountability.
• Lead by example on 5S/6S and safety compliance across maintenance and production areas.
• Record work in CMMS and maintain accurate PM histories.
• Identify and implement Lean/Continuous Improvement actions to enhance reliability and uptime.

Capabilities that set you apart

• Fluent reading of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical prints.
• Hands-on expertise with calipers, micrometers, and shop equipment: lathe, mill, welder, plasma cutter, brake.
• Working knowledge of ISO quality procedures and Lean Standard Work.

Experience profile

• 2 years of technical maintenance experience including mostly lathe machine mechanical, some electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• 2 years of technical maintenance experience including lathes mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repair with some electrical, preferred.

Environment & physical demands

• Manufacturing/shop floor with large power equipment cutting metal.
• Medium to heavy exposure to machining fluids and machine oils.
• Lift and/or move 75+ pounds; extensive standing/walking (10+ hours).
• Work around sharp metal chips; operate power hand tools (drills, grinders, etc.).
