Service Advisor / Writer

Salary Range: Hourly + Commission based on performance Indian Motorcycle of Orange County is recognized as one of the premier Indian Motorcycle dealerships in North America.  Our customers expect a higher level of care, heritage knowledge, and professionalism.  As a Service Advisor at Indian Motorcycle, you are the front‑line ambassador of our award‑winning service department.  This role blends technical understanding, customer care, and dealership professionalism to deliver a premium experience worthy of the Indian Motorcycle brand.  You will guide riders through the service process, write repair orders, communicate with technicians, and ensure that every customer leaves confident in the work performed on their motorcycle. What we are looking for:

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or customer‑facing role in automotive or powersports.
• Strong understanding of motorcycle mechanics (Indian Motorcycle experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (a working knowledge of Lightspeed is desirable).
• Passion for motorcycles and the Indian Motorcycle brand.
