Your Role Build and nurture a robust network of clients seeking tailored financial planning services. What We're Looking For 4 year degree or equivalent professional experience - students please apply to the internship program not to this position. Preferred but not required: a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or a related field. For career changers, prior successful sales experience a plus. Confidence in addressing client objections and navigating challenging conversations. An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development. Proven ability to cultivate relationships. Interest in team building and mentoring others. Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude.
